Abstract:	Zusammenfassung Mit Hilfe der Festkörpermethode nachMerrifield wird die Synthese von 1--Mercaptopropionsäure, 8-lysin]-Vasopressin und 1--Mercaptopropionsäure, 8-(-N--toluälsulfonyl)-lysin]-Vasopressin, beschrieben. In diesen Analogen sind die potentiellen Kationenzentren des antidiuretischen Hormons Lysin-Vasopressin schrittweise entfernt worden. Supported by USPHS Grants Nos. AM-13567 and AM-10080.
