重庆市2003年~2005年生态足迹分析

摘    要:在介绍生态足迹模型计算方法的基础上,将重庆市的生态足迹分为生物资源、能源、环境污染消费3个方面,对重庆市2003年~2005年的生态足迹进行了实证研究.结果表明:重庆市2003年~2005年人均生态足迹从1.526 665 hm2/人增加为1.80 hm2/人, 重庆市可利用的人均承载力较低,总的生态赤字逐年增加,2005年达到为1.342 527 hm2/人,表明重庆市生态占用已远远超过生态承载力,处于不可持续发展状态.针对其状况,提出相应的可行性对策:改善农业生产条件,加快生态环境建设;加强产业结构调整;充分应用GIS (地理信息系统);充分发挥政府的监督、引导作用;实施以"技术"为导向的对策;搞好城市规划,减少生态需求.

Abstract:On the basis of introducting the ecological footprint model,dividing ecological footprint of Chongqing into living resources,energy,environmental pollution,having carried on the positive research during 2003-2005.The results showed:the per capita ecological footprint increased from1.526 665 hm2 to 1.80 hm2 in Chongqing during 2003-2005,the overall ecological deficit has been increasing annually,the ecological deficit has reached 1.342 527 hm2 in 2005.It shows the ecological footprint has far exceeded the ecological carrying capacity and is unsustainable development in Chongqin.To this situation,putting forward the corresponding feasible countermeasure:improve the agricultural working condition,accelerate the construction of ecological environment;strengthen industrial structure adjustment;fully apply GIS(geographical information system);take " technology " as direction;fully exert intendance and direction of government;do the urban planning well,reduce the ecological demand.
