摘    要:对基于顾客化大量生产模式下的产品投产计划模型的算法进行了研究,提出了最优算法,优化了产品循环期,实现了计划平准化,满足了市场多样化需求.并在理论上推导和证明了混流生产线上加工机器的空闲时间的计算公式.

Abstract:According to the principle of just in time production system, the model of production smoothness is studied based on Mass Customization. Two variables of the processing time of products and the demand of products are both adopted in the model. The optimal algorithm for the model is developed to minimize the cycle time of products to realize the production smoothness and to satisfy the diverse demands of customers. The formula of the leisure time of machines in mixed model production system is given.
