摘    要:以缩芯模型和双膜理论为基础,把气液喷射器中不同液滴的粒径分布函数用于气液两相流中,推导出了气液喷射器中不同液滴粒径的反应过程模型.并对模型中的转化率进行了实验研究,通过与理论模型计算的转化率相比较,确定传质系数kg后,模型计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,具有较高的实用性.

Abstract:Based on the shrinking core model and the double film theory,we proposed the reaction model of with different diameters in jet reactor.The model take the different particle size distribution into gas-liquid flow.Experiments were used to validate the model by reaction conversion rate and the transfer coefficient was obtained by the comparison between the model and experiment results.The result of model showed a good consistency with those of experiments,which illustrated a high practicability.
