摘    要:采用溶胶 -凝胶工艺成功获得了 N i/Ti摩尔比为 0 .1/1的均匀凝胶 ,然后经过一定时间的老化、干燥得到干凝胶 ,最后在适当的还原气氛中热处理制备了 Ni-Ti O2 纳米复合材料。采用 XRD和 TEM等实验手段对所得纳米复合材料进行分析和表征 ,发现可以通过控制热处理条件来控制相结构和晶粒尺寸。采用 BET吸附 /解吸法进行了测量 ,证明这种材料具有介孔尺度的多孔结构 ,孔径 2 .8nm左右 ,BET比表面积为 49.1m2 /g。

Abstract:Homogeneous gel with the composition 0.1 Ni-1 Ti(in mole%) was synthesized via the sol-gel process. Xerogel was then obtained through aging and drying. The Ni-TiO 2 nanocermet was finally prepared by heat treatment under a suitable reducing atmosphere. The nanocermet thus obtained was examined by XRD and TEM. It was detected that the structure and grain sizes could be manipulated by altering the heat treating conditions. The porosity of the nanocermet was measured by the BET method. The result proved that the nanocermet possessed a mesoporous structure with the pore radii of about 2.8 nm and the specific surface area of 49.1 m 2/g.
