| 摘 要： | 以L－谷氨酸钠为起始原料，经L－谷氨酸二乙酯，合成了三种（S）－5－氧代－2－四氢吡咯甲酰胺及其N－取代物，再分别用四氢铝锂还原，获得了三种（S）－2－氨甲基四氢吡咯及其N－取代物，测定了它们的比旋光度。

| Abstract: | Three (S)_5_oxo_2_pyrrolidinecarboxamide and its N_substituted compounds (2a～c) were prepared from sodium L_glutamate, via diethyl L_glutamate. Three (S)_2_aminomethyl pyrrolidine and its N_substituted compounds (1a～c) were obtained from 2a～c reduced by LAH respectively. The specific rotatory power of 2a～c and 1a～c were determined. |
