四氢吡咯手性衍生物的合成

摘    要:以L-谷氨酸钠为起始原料,经L-谷氨酸二乙酯,合成了三种(S)-5-氧代-2-四氢吡咯甲酰胺及其N-取代物,再分别用四氢铝锂还原,获得了三种(S)-2-氨甲基四氢吡咯及其N-取代物,测定了它们的比旋光度。

Abstract:Three (S)_5_oxo_2_pyrrolidinecarboxamide and its N_substituted compounds (2a~c) were prepared from sodium L_glutamate, via diethyl L_glutamate. Three (S)_2_aminomethyl pyrrolidine and its N_substituted compounds (1a~c) were obtained from 2a~c reduced by LAH respectively. The specific rotatory power of 2a~c and 1a~c were determined.
