| 摘 要： | 诱导石刁柏花药产生愈伤组织的频率高低,同培养基中2.4—D浓度、花药低温预处理因素相关;诱导愈伤组织分化芽点获得胚性细胞后,转入N_6或MS培养基上,均可获得理想的增苗效果;石刁柏花粉试管苗在繁苗或生根培养基中根芽不能同步发生,生根需要专用培养基。

| Abstract: | The frequency of inducing anthers of asparagus officinalis to form callus was mainly correlative with two factors: pretreatment of anthers with low temperature and the concentration of 2.4-D in the media. At first callus of asparagus officinalis were induced to form buds and embryonic cells, then transfered to N_6 or MS media. The effect of preliferation was ideal. In anthers culture, the roots and buds of asparagus officinal could not occur synchronously. The medium for rooting was a special one. |
