| 摘 要： | 应用型教学团队建设是新建本科院校快速提升学校实力,彰显办学特色的一项重要举措,也是促进师资队伍健康发展的必然选择.基于对宁波大红鹰学院应用型教学团队建设的实践探索,文章从教学团队的目标任务、团队构建、运行平台、评价机制、团队文化等方面提出了应用型教学团队的建设路径.
