| 摘 要： | 近年来,在国内的第二代移动通信网络(2G)的建设日趋完善的同时,相关的运营商为提高其服务质量也在不断地进行其网络的调整和优化.目前承担网络优化工作的主体主要有三种类型,其中"第三方"机构已被运营商广泛接受,正逐步成为提供这项网络服务的最有力的竞争者.

| Abstract: | In recent years, the mobile-telecom venders in China are constantly modifying or optimizing their second-generation cellular networks (2G) of that the coverage is up to be perfection gradually. Now, the network optimization can be performed by three kinds of organization, in which the so-called "third party" is widely accepted by vendors, and will become the strongest competitor for this service provide. |
