熔盐对Bi_3NbTiO_9粉体合成的影响

摘    要:与传统固相合成方法比较,熔盐法能够有效降低陶瓷粉体的合成温度。利用该方法,分别采用氯化钠和氯化钾合成Bi3NbTiO9粉体,利用SEM和XRD研究了不同熔盐对粉体合成的影响。在此基础上,又进一步研究了粉体颗粒尺寸,形貌和煅烧温度,保温时间的关系。结果表明:与氯化钠相比较,氯化钾可以更有效的降低粉体的合成温度。当熔盐和原料比例为2∶1时,氯化钾更能促进Bi3NbTiO9粉体合成。

Abstract:Melting salt method gives a more effective reduction in the synthesis temperature of ceramics powder than the conventional method.The method allows Bi3NbTiO9 powders to be prepared using NaCl and KCl as salts respectively.The influence of salt species upon powder synthesis was investigated with the help of XRD and SEM analysis.Consequent investigation into the effects of the temperature,holding time and ratio of salt to precursors on the particle size and morphology suggests that KCl is more effective than NaCl in reducing the crystallization temperature and facilitating the progress of BNTO formation when the ratio of molten salt to raw materials is 2∶ 1.
