| 摘 要： | １９８６—１９８８年，对白术进行了亲子代间主要农艺性状的遗传变异情况的观察和对比分析，首次证明白术以异花传粉为主。通过套袋自交，检测出白术自然异交率高达约９５．１％；进一步观察发现，白术为虫媒花植物。据此，建议培育白术杂交种，以期尽快改变白术生产中种群混杂低劣的落后局面。

| Abstract: | During 1986-1988,variation and heredity were observed and compared between parents and arlial generations about the primary agronomical characteristic of Atractylodes macrocephala and it was testified first that the major way of Atractylodes is cross pollination.The rate of its natural cross POllination was txamined which can reach 95.1 percent or so, by over self-pollination.Go a step farther, it was found that Atractytodes is entomophilous flower.So,author suggested to bread cross breeding of Atractylodex in order to put an end to the backwardness which species mingled in the production of Atractylodes. |
