正常兔角膜的光镜及电镜下所见

摘    要:兔是研究角膜病最常选用的实验动物。研究其正常组织学结构,可为了解其病理状况打下基础。本文报告了正常兔角膜的光镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜的组织学观察结果。发现兔角膜由上皮层、实层、后弹力层和内皮层等部分构成。其组织学结构除了前弹力层不明显外,与正常人角膜的结构大致相同。并讨论了兔角膜的上皮微绒毛、实质层的胶原纤维排列、内皮细胞的细胞器等结构特点,认为这些结构特点是与正常兔角膜的生理功能密切相关的。利用兔角膜材料研究各种角膜疾病是适宜的。

Abstract:The rabbit was one of the animals which were often used to study corneal diseases, To study the histology of the normal rabbit cornea was fundamental to the further understanding of its pathology. This paper reported the observation of the histology of normal rabbit cornea under light microscope, SEM and TEM. It was found that the rabbit cornea was composed of epithelium, stroma, Descemet's membrane and endothelium layers. Its structure was approximately the same as the human cornea except that it's Bowman's membrane was not obvious. We discussed the structural characteristics of the epithelial microvilli, the arrangement of the stromatic collagen and the endothelial organelle of the rabbit cornea. It was believed that these structural characteristics were closely related to the normal physiologic function of rabbit cornea. It was suitable to use rabbit corneal material to study various corneal diseases.
