摘    要:通过高倍透射电镜、电子探针、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等测试方法,对经过不同硬化工艺制得的钠水玻璃凝胶胶粒大小、结构、成分等进行了分析,发现强度高的胶粒细小、结构致密。认为强化钠水玻璃的粘结强度的机制在于抑制硬化过程中胶粒生长过大。采用能稳定或阻抑胶粒长大的化合物(有机或无机或复合物)有利于对钠水玻璃改性;使用有机酯类型的促硬剂、加热硬化、真空硬化等措施均有利于钠水玻璃凝胶的胶粒细化,有利于提高钠水玻璃砂的强度。

Abstract:The particle size,the structure and composition of the sodium silicate gel prepared by various hardening processes are investigated by means of TEM, electronic probe, X-ray diffraction and SEM,It has been found that no matter what the cured products are, thesmaller the particle size or the more compact the structure is,the higher the strength willbe. Hence,the crux of the matter is to inhibit the growth or to fine the particle size of thegel.Technical measures that can be taken include modifying the sodium silicate with suchsubstances as can stabilize the particle size or inhibit the growth of the particle during cur-ing,using ester as the hardener or performing heating or vacuum hardening.
