| 摘 要： | 交通大学电信研究所是新中国成立前培养工学硕士最多的机构，在我国高等理工科研究生教育史上有重要地位。文章对该所缘起和沿革、培养方案及其实施状况、办学方式与办学成就进行了系统的研究，并对其办学特点、成功原因作了分析。

| Abstract: | The Communication Institute of Chiao Tung University was aninstitute for training the largest number of masters of engineering science before establishment of P.R.China.It occupies an important place in the history of higher science and engineering graduate education in China.Investigating its origin and evolution,training program and implementation,the pattern of running school and educational achievement in detail,this thesis analyses its characteristics and causes of success. |
