几种减压渣油含氮化合物的研究

摘    要:将大庆、孤岛和单家寺减压渣油用含水4.0%的碱性氧化铝吸附色谱和磷酸改性的硅胶吸附色谱分离为烃组分、中性份、碱性份和酸性份。用非水电位滴定法和元素分析法测出了减渣及其各个组分的酸值、强碱氮含量、弱碱氮含量和非碱氮含量。分析了减渣的酸性化合物、碱性氯化物和非碱性氮化物在各个组分中的分布情况。减渣的酸性化合物几乎都分布于酸性份中,而碱性氯化物60%一70%的分布于碱性份中。用红外光谱法定性分析了各组分中的主要类型的氮化物。

Abstract:The vaccuum residues from Daqing,Gudao and Shanjiasi crude oils were separated into fractions of acids,bases,neutral nitrogen compounds and hydrocarbons by use of basic alumina containing 4.0% H2O and H3PO4 modified silica gel.The strongly basic,weakly basic and non-basic nitrogen contents and acid values of the residues and their fractions were determined with non-aqueous potentiometric titrations and elementary analysis.The distribution of acidic compounds,basic and non-basic nitrogen compounds of the residues were determined.Almost all of the acidic compounds were concentrated in the acidic fraction,60%-70% of the basic nitrogen compounds were in the basic fraction.The major nitride types of each fraction were qualitively determined with infrared spectroscopy.
