几种减压渣油含氮化合物的研究

将大庆、孤岛和单家寺减压渣油用含水4.0％的碱性氧化铝吸附色谱和磷酸改性的硅胶吸附色谱分离为烃组分、中性份、碱性份和酸性份。用非水电位滴定法和元素分析法测出了减渣及其各个组分的酸值、强碱氮含量、弱碱氮含量和非碱氮含量。分析了减渣的酸性化合物、碱性氯化物和非碱性氮化物在各个组分中的分布情况。减渣的酸性化合物几乎都分布于酸性份中,而碱性氯化物60％一70％的分布于碱性份中。用红外光谱法定性分析了各组分中的主要类型的氮化物。

STUDY ON NITROGEN COMPOUNDS OF SOME KINDS OF VACUUM RESIDUES

The vaccuum residues from Daqing,Gudao and Shanjiasi crude oils were separated into fractions of acids,bases,neutral nitrogen compounds and hydrocarbons by use of basic alumina containing 4.0% H2O and H3PO4 modified silica gel.The strongly basic,weakly basic and non-basic nitrogen contents and acid values of the residues and their fractions were determined with non-aqueous potentiometric titrations and elementary analysis.The distribution of acidic compounds,basic and non-basic nitrogen compounds of the residues were determined.Almost all of the acidic compounds were concentrated in the acidic fraction,60%-70% of the basic nitrogen compounds were in the basic fraction.The major nitride types of each fraction were qualitively determined with infrared spectroscopy.
