摘    要:对检测茶叶γ-氨基丁酸的纸电泳比色分析法进行了改进,5份茶叶试样测定值变异系数小于10%,样品加标回收率(100.30±2.36)%,该法测定结果与氨基酸自动仪分析值无显著差异.

Abstract:The application of Paper Electrophoresis-chromatography to multiple Analysis on Gamma-aminobutyric Acid in Tea within Test Period was improved in this experiment.The variance ratio of results from the assay for GABA content within 5 piece of tea samples was less than 10% and the recovery ratios of standard GABA adding to the tea samples was 100.30±2.36%.There was no significant difference between the test results for GABA in tea from the improved method and those from the amino-acid automatic analysis-meter.
