| 摘 要： | 以天津客车厂ＴＪ－６２０Ｂ型汽车冲压件材下料问题为例，根据线性规划和组合原理，采用逐级优化的设计思想，建立了数学模型并研制计算机软件，得出优化套裁下料方案，原材料利用率从８０％提高到９４．７９％。

| Abstract: | Based on the linear programming theory and the combinatorial principle as well as the practice of the plate material cutting for TJ-620B type automotive punching parts in Tianjin Passenger Car Factory,a mathematical model and software were established. An optimized method of cutting plate materials was worked out.The use of this method raises the utilization ratio of materials from 80% to 94.79%. |
