摘    要:根据辐射换热理论,对电加热远红外线低温辐射固化炉内的温场均匀性进行了分析,提出 调整IR元件的空发布及辐射改善均匀性的措施,并提出一种模拟工件表面温度的测量方法,进而组成了温场控制的微机系统。

Abstract:ased on the theory of heat radiation, an analysis was made of the uniformity of the temperature field in the electric infrared radiation (EIR) low-temperature curing furnace.Measures were proposed to adjust the spatial distribution of IR elements and to improve the control of radiation. Added to these are a method of detecting and measuring the temperature on the surface of an imitate workpiece and a microcomputer system for the detection and control of temperature field. Experiments prove that the measures and the measurement method are effective, the system operates well and more than 20% of energy is saved.
