摘    要:采用回归正交试验设计方法建立了细丝CO2气体保护焊短短过渡时焊缝几何形状和尺寸与烛工艺参数即电弧电压、焊接电流、焊接速度、焊枪角度、干伸长度间关系的数学模型。

Abstract:By using fractional factorial techniques mathematical models have been developed to predict the relationships between the weld bead geometry and dimensions and welding parameters such as arc voltage,welding current, welding speed,gun angle,and the distance from nozzle to plate.These models can be used either to predict the bead geometry resulting from any combination of welding parameters within the range studied or to determine a combination or a range of parameters to obtain the dimensions of the desired bead geometry.However,these models can also be used in a production system for automatic control of welding conditions.
