摘    要:研制了一种新型逆变切割电源,该电源的变压器选用具有优异高频磁性能的非晶态磁性材料,采用单片机控制电路,试验证明其具有高稳定性及高效节能的特点。

Abstract:This article introduces a new-type invert power source for air plasma cutting.The noncrystal magnetic material,because of its excellent high-frequency magnetic characteristics,has been applied in the transformer of the invertor.Meanwhile,a single-chip microcomputer controlling circuit has also been used in the power source.As a result,the power source has a high stability,efficiency and less energy consumption.These have been proved in experiments.
