摘    要:在WF-net的基础上扩展了资源库所和资源控制库所,提出了受控工作流资源网(CWFR),以显式地表达业务过程中所涉及的资源,从而能够通过仿真等手段对资源的性能进行度量.在此基础上,根据仿真结果对模型实施资源控制策略,从而实现资源的合理分配,以提高资源的利用率及资源的平衡利用.最后,以保险理赔业务过程为例,采用所提出的CWFR来进行建模、分析,并利用工具DaNamics进行仿真,从而论证了所提出方法的有效性.

Abstract:Current research efforts on business processes place more emphasis on the modeling of process structure.However,the representation of resources within these process models is little considered.For this purpose,this paper presented an approach,called controlled WF-net with resource(CWFR),of modeling business processes by extending WF-net with both resource places and control places.The control places in the model are employed to coordinate the allocation of resources with the aim of greatly enhancing the resource utilization.Finally,a case study about handling insurance complaints was presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented approach.
