渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮侧隙的探讨

摘    要:本文是在总结分析国内外侧隙和齿厚偏差标准的基础上,以寻求一种新的选择齿轮副侧隙和齿厚偏差的方法。文中最小极限侧隙的计算不仅考虑了啮合轮齿间油膜厚度和齿轮、箱体热膨胀对侧隙的影响,而且考虑了轮齿受载弹性变形对侧隙的影响。并利用弹流理论来研究啮合轮齿间油膜厚度,用有限元法来研究轮齿受载弹性变形。最后,提出了一种新的侧隙和齿厚偏差选择规范。

Abstract:By summing up and analysis of standards for the backlash and tooth thickness deviation at home and abroad, a new method is searched to select reasonable backlash of involute spur gear and its tooth thickness deviations.In the calculation of minimal backlash, consideration are given to not only to the effect of oil film thickness between meshing teeth, heat expansion of gears and casing on backlash, but also to that of elastic deformation of teeth under load.The film thickness is analyzed with elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication theory, tooth elastic deformation computed by finite elements.And finally a new norm is put forward for selecting backlash and tooth thickness deviation of gears.
