| 摘 要： | 针对传统项目建设方式存在的弊端，提出了设计单位应根据自身的实际情况，借鉴国外成功经验，跳出传统的单一经营模式，为国内外建设市场的项目业主提供全方位、多功能的服务，从而实现设计单位与业主的双赢。

| Abstract: | In the light of the defects existing in traditional project construction model, this paper puts forward that the construction units should be in accordance with their own actual situation, borrow ideas from foreign countries' successful experiences, jump out of traditional single operation model, provide omnibearing and multifunctional services for project owners on domestic and foreign markets, realizing double- winning of the design units and the owners. |
