| 摘 要： | 阐述了在现代远程教育资源建设中构建媒体素材的基本原则,为了便于素材在Internet网上运输,应尽量减少素材文件的大小,手段是采用数据压缩处理技术;此外介绍了媒体素材的制作标准、制作方法及从VCD光盘上截取媒体素材的方法.

| Abstract: | Introduces the basic principles of media material construction in modern distance education network resource construction. To make the material appropriate for Internet transmission, the material document should be min-ished furthest by means of data compression. Presents standards and methods of media material production. The means of getting media materials from VCD is presented. |
