| 摘 要： | 本文在对高校新生中弱势群体的特征、表现及成因进行分析的基础上,提出了要强化高校新生中弱势群体教育的观点,并对教育方法进行了探索,即注重对他们进行"成人"教育,促使其树立信心,走出困境,做学习、生活的强者。

| Abstract: | Analyzed on characteristics,performances and causes of disadvantaged group in college freshmen,the paper suggests that the education for the disadvantaged students should be strengthen.It also explores education methods,which is to help them be mature,build up confidence,cope with the difficulties and be unbeaten by the difficulties and hardships of life and study. |
