摘    要:我国职业发展教育理念的缺失或忽视,是导致当前大学生就业难的根本内因之一;职业发展教育的主要特征是全程化、全员化、专业化;旨在为人的持续发展服务的现代职业教育应贯穿于从幼儿至成人的整个教育过程。根据我国国情,今后应当“超前”实施基础教育阶段的职业生涯教育,重点构建整体分层的大学生就业指导模式。

Abstract:The inadequate understanding of the concept of career development education is one of the fundamental factors causing the difficult employment situation among college graduates.Career development education is mainly characterized by dynamic continuity,human development and professional training,aiming at a person's sustained overall development through the whole process of modern vocational education.From the kindgarten to adult stage.Taking into account our national conditions,we should implement career education at the elementary education level,focusing on constructing a multi-level employment counselling model for college students.
