| 摘 要： | 针对陕北延长油田靖边采油厂集输联合站工艺流程和安全生产要求,研究了基于智能网络化的联合站安全监控预警系统.该系统采用工业以太网与现场总线技术,构成联合站生产工艺参数与设备状态监控和生产过程的安全监控预警系统,实现了联合站生产过程安全监视监控和生产事故预警预报.实际运行表明,该系统大大提高了联合站生产过程安全监视监控自动化和安全生产保障能力. |

| Abstract: | The safety monitoring and prewarning system for oilfield gathering stations is developed according to the requirements of Jingbian Oil Production Plant in Yanchang Oilfield to the technology flow and safety production of the gathering stations.The system adopts industrial Ethernet and fieldbus,and it can realize the monitoring of the production process and the prewarning of the production accidents.The running results of the system show that it greatly improves the automation level of the production process,and enhances the safe guarantee ability of the gathering stations.Its application can be expanded in oilfields. |
