| 摘 要： | 佩剑项目运动员在规则的制约下(在长14m,2m的场地内进行)展开空间与时间的争夺,这种争夺表现在于速度(时间)和目标点(空间)上的争夺。本文通过对竞技运动项目—佩剑的时间、空间特征与主要技术训练进行研究,分析了佩剑运动项目的时间特征。提出佩剑运动员在一维空间特征下与时间争夺,在比赛中进攻,还击与反还击目标点(空间),以最短时间完成的时空特征概念。突出了佩剑技术以快(时间)为主、以快夺取空间优势的特点。探讨了通过攻防转换技术训练、空间感技术训练、判断能力技术训练的方法来提高最短的速度(时间)进攻,还击与反还击目标点(空间)的训练。
