高频治疗仪的发展现状及应用

高频治疗仪是基于高频趋肤效应工作,利用高频电流积集处焦耳热能量实施电灼、电切、电凝的医疗仪器,具有快速工作、操作简单和制作成本低等优点.本文结合已有的高频治疗仪在医学领域中的应用,评述了国内外的发展现状,阐述了具体的波形、频率、功率等技术性能.使用波峰因子对不同波形进行了计算分析、对不同的功率曲线进行了对比.结果指出,波峰因子数值是决定输出形式的重要指标,同时双极模式下的输出功率与负载阻值均小于单极模式.还讨论了该仪器的电路结构、特点及安全性问题,并总结了在皮肤科和外科的临床适用范围.最后,展望了高频治疗仪的某些未来发展趋势.

Development status and application of high frequency therapy instrument

High frequency therapy instrument is the medical instrument,which is based on the high-frequency skin effect,using joule heat of where high frequency current accumulates to achieve cauterization,electricity cutting and electric coagulation.It has the advantages of working rapidly,simple operation and low cost.Combined with the medical application of the instrument,the paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad,expounds the concrete working performance including waveform,frequency,power and so on.The author uses the crest factors to analyze the different waveforms and compares the power curves of different models.The results show that crest factor numerical is the important indicator determining the output form.Meanwhile,the bipolar mode is less than unipolar mode in output power and load resistance.The circuit structures,characters and safe operations of the instrument are discussed and the clinical applications of dermatology and surgery are summarized in the paper.At last,some trends of future development of high frequency therapy instrument are prospected.
