微带发卡型阶跃阻抗带通滤波器

摘    要:介绍了阶跃阻抗谐振器(SIR)的结构和原理,在此基础上用微波CAD工具仿真优化了SIR微带发卡带通滤波器。仿真结果表明,选择合适阻抗比K的SIR结构,和传统均匀阻抗谐振器(UIR)结构相比,滤波器通带性能并没有发生变化,但第一寄生响应向后推移了3 GHz,滤波器的阻带得以加宽,采用SIR结构的滤波器能有效的抑制谐波。

Abstract:The structure and theory of Stepped Impedance Resonator(SIR) is proposed.A SIR band-pass filter is simulated and optimized by microwave CAD software.It is shown by simulation data that compared to Uniform Impedance Resonator,the pass-band performance of SIR with suitable impedance ratio does not changed,but the first spurious response has the backward movement of 3 GHz and the stop-band of the filter is broaden.The filter designed with SIR can inhibit harmonic wave efficiently.
