| 摘 要： | 以不夜城幼茎为材料，经表面消毒后接种于诱导培养基上，4周左右出现不定芽不定芽在壮苗培养基上培养2周转至生根培养基上，又经3周长出完整根系，再生根株炼苗后移栽到基质中，移栽成活率为90％。

| Abstract: | The young stems of Aoln nobili were used as explant material and cultured on the inducing media. The results showed that a number of adventitious shoots grew on the surface of explant after 4 weeks of inoculation. Many adventitious shoots were acquired through proliferating culture. After they have grown on nutritious media for 2 weeks, they were transferred on the root inducing media. Every shoots grew a number of roots and developed into a whole plantlet. The regenerated plantlets were replanted in sand, about 90 percent of the plantlets survived. |
