| Abstract: | The quality of concrete is hard to control in the reinforced concrete frame structures because there are non-equal-concrete-strength beam and column joints. The paper puts forward a concrete substitution technology for non-equal-concrete-strength based on the theories of the concrete confined by overlapping hoops. |
