山东省城市发展与旅游经济协调度评价研究

通过构建旅游系统与城市发展评价指标体系,以山东省17所城市为研究区域,运用熵值法、耦合度模型及耦合协调度模型对山东省的旅游与城市发展的耦合协调关系进行分析.结果表明:(1)就旅游与城市发展水平而言,属于城市发展滞后型的城市有青岛、烟台、济宁和泰安,属于旅游发展滞后型的城市有济南、淄博、威海、临沂、潍坊、日照、聊城、枣庄、德州、东营、菏泽、滨州、莱芜;(2)就耦合度而言,省内处于高耦合度水平的城市所占比重较大,旅游和城市的整体耦合水平较高;就耦合协调度而言,处于高水平耦合协调的城市较少,中度协调和低度协调的城市数量庞大;(3)青岛、烟台、威海为城市旅游和谐型,济南、济宁、临沂、潍坊、泰安、日照、淄博为城市旅游磨合型,聊城、枣庄、德州、东营为城市旅游拮抗型,菏泽、滨州、莱芜为城市旅游失调型.

The research on the tourism and urban development coupling coordination degree evaluation in Shandong province

T he paper established the coupling coordination evaluation index system of the tourism and city development ,from the level of tourism ,economic level ,social development ,urban environment four aspects .By using entropy value method ,the coupling model and coupling coordination degree model ,this paper evaluated and analyzed the tourism and urban development coupling coordination level of Shandong province .T he results show that ：①From the level of the tourism and urban devel-opment ,Tsingtao ,Yantai ,Jining ,Taian belong to the urban development lag ;Jinan ,Zibo ,Weihai ,Li-nyi ,Weifang ,Rizhao ,Liaocheng ,Zaozhuang ,Dezhou ,Dongying ,Heze ,Binz-hou and Laiw u belong to the tourism development lag ;②In terms of the level of coupling ,the city w hich have a high coupling level share the larger proportion in Shandong province ,and the level of the tourism and urban devel-opment is higher ;In terms of the level of the coupling coordination ,the city w hich have a high level of coupling coordination is less ,and the moderate coordination and low-grade coodination share the large proportion;③ Tsingtao ,Yantai ,Weihai belong to the urban-tourism harmonious type ;Jinan ,Jining , Linyi ,Weifang ,Taian ,Rizhao and Zibo belong to the urban-tourism gearing type ;Liaocheng , Zaozhuang ,Dezhou and Dongying belong to the urban-tourism rivaling type ;Heze ,Binzhou and Laiw u belong to the urban-tourism disordered type .
