二八股子泡沉积物磷形态、总氮及有机质演化分析

摘    要:以连环湖二八股子泡作为研究对象,于2010年8月对二八股子泡湖心区进行沉积物柱状采样和分析,测得二八股子泡采样点柱状岩芯(EBG)中的磷形态(TP、IP、OP、Fe/Al-P、Ca-P)、总氮(TN)及有机质(OM)等指标含量随深度变化情况.结果表明,从各形态磷含量变化幅度来看铁铝磷(Fe/Al-P)>有机磷(OP)>钙磷(Ca-P),有机质含量呈现上升趋势,总氮波动较大,但整体仍呈现上升,通过TOC/TN发现有机质大部分来自湖泊内源的水生生物、藻类和浮游动植物,但近年陆源输入有所增加.研究表明,近年人类活动的增强对于输入二八股子泡的物质产生了影响,湖泊营养水平有所增加,应该控制进入湖泊的污染物来源.

Abstract:In this study, sediment core samples were collected from the center of Erbaguzi (EBG) Lake using a gravity sampler in August 2010, to analyse the evolution process of sediments in this lake. EBG Lake is in Lianhuan Lake. The phosphorus species (TP,IP,OP,Fe/At -P,Ca -P), the contents of total nitrogen (TN) and organic matters (OM) of the sediments samples were determined, and the variation of these parameters' values with the depth of sediments was analysed. The results demonstrated that: The range of each phosphorus species was in order of Fe/A1 - P 〉 OP 〉 Ca - P. The content OM showed a ascendant trend. Although the content of TN fluctuated significantly, it generally showed an rising trend. Analysis of result about the TOC/TN ratios in the lake sediments indicates OM were derived from aquatic plants, phytoplankton and alga, but continental input had increased in recent years. As a result, the enhancement of human activities had an impact on the input matters of EBG Lake, and led to an increase on the level of nutrition. Finally, the source of oollution entered EBG Lake should be controlled.
