| 摘 要： | 观察白酒对家兔离体小肠平滑肌活动的影响。制备家兔小肠离体肠段标本，采用常规离体灌注小肠平滑肌标本活动的实验方法，记录用药前后肠段平滑肌自发收缩性活动变化。不同度数的白酒（23°、38°、48°、56°）对小肠平滑肌自发收缩活动有抑制作用，其变化值与用药之前比较差异性显著（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。最后得出结论：白酒对小肠平滑肌活动有抑制性作用。

| Abstract: | To investigate the effects of liquor on activity of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle from rabbits, the routine exprim ental method of small intestinal smooth muscle isolated from rabbits was used. We recorded the automatic contracting characteristic and changing law in taking ethanol before and after. The results showed that, liquor of different alcohol degree （23°,38°,48°,56°） have a restraining effect on automatic contracting activity of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle whose scope have remarkable difference comparing to taking ethanol before and after（P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）. Then the experiment came to the conclusion that ethanol has a direct inhibitory trend on small intestine smooth muscle. |
