| 摘 要： | 针对高速公路养护管理特点，利用动态规划原理和路况状态转移概率计算模型，建立了高速公路网级决策动态优化模型，成为高速公路管理系统的核心。并对用于网级决策模型的动态规划方法在理论上作了较为详细的研究，细化了决策优化步骤。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of the freeway maintenance and management, a model of dynamic decision making of freeways is established by using the method of dynamic programming and the probability calculating model of state displace, which is the core of the freeway management system. The dynamic programming method on decision making is researched theoretically in detail and the process of decision making is listed at length. |
