| 摘 要： | 中国目前在完善环境法方面面临着极大的挑战,中国可以迅速的建立起自己的环境法体系,因为目前很多其他的国家已经有了很完善成功的环境法律体系可以引以为鉴.然而,对于中国来说,仅仅直接移植别的国家的环境法就得到理想的结果是很困难的.为了完善我国的环境法,政府应该完善政策和法规去改善整个法律体系

The Current condition of China's Environmental Law System and Recom-mendation for its improvement |

| Abstract: | China is facing with great challenge to make its environmental protection law perfect.There is some other countries' successful environmental legal system can be use as an example to help China builds its environmental law system as soon as possible.However, for China, it will be difficult to get the ideal result if only transplanting environmental laws.Furthermore, Chinese government should optimize correlated policies and regulations for improving its environmental legislation. |
