提高船舶《动力设备操作》实训效果的措施

航海类院校轮机工程（管理）专业的《动力设备操作》评估项目是《中华人民共和国海船船员适任评估大纲和规范》的评估项目之一,也是轮机工程（管理）专业实践教学的重要内容之一。为提高该项目的实训效果,文中从实训大纲的科学制订、训练设备的适时更新、实训室教学功能的提升、高素质实训人员的配备和科学管理制度的制订等方面加以论述。

Some Measures for Enhancing the Effect of Power Equipment Operation Training on the Ship

In maritime colleges,the project of Power Equipment Operation assessment of marine engineering or management specialty,is one of the assessments of The People＇s Republic of China on competence assessment framework and norms,but also one of the important elements about marine engineering or management practice teaching.In order to enhance training effect of this project,the paper discusses the scientific establishment of the practical training syllabus,updating of the training equipment,advancement of the teaching functions of the training rooms,provision of high-quality training staff and the establishment of the scientific management system.
