摘    要:分析软件工程课程理论实践的素养需求,提出训练柔性流程拓扑。为达到自适应的能力梯队演化目标,划分志愿兴趣的粒度主体,进一步优化课程导向重心,定位教与学的关系为学科培养架构体系,规划流程的“主体-群组”粒度磁石效应,推进兴趣与学科的平滑无缝结合。以学期阶段为周期,建立起专业界定轮廓的人才序列培养方案.

Abstract:In this paper, we analyze diathesis requirement about the theory and practice of software engineering curriculum, put forward flexible training process topology. To get self-adaptive ability ladder evolution's goal, we define voluntary interest's granularity agent, furthermore, we evolve the guided barycenter of curriculum, and build subject's training architecture about teaching and learning's relation, mark out process's magic effect about "Agentgroup", then we promote smooth and seamless integration about interest and curriculum. Taking a whole term as the period, we chieve talent's training program of professional outline.
