| 摘 要： | 通过对４种不同品种冬瓜果实的解剖研究,发现冬瓜的表皮和皮层特点以及气孔数量与冬瓜的防腐性能具有密切关系。表皮细胞壁加厚程度高,皮层中的厚壁组织发达,表皮单位面积气孔数量较少的冬瓜果实是防腐性能较好的耐贮藏品种。

| Abstract: | Afterwe dissected 4 breeds of Benincasa hispid, we discovered that there are relationship theepidermis and cortex, the quantit y of stoma for the antiseptic of Benincasa hispida. Thebreed that it is sto re up lasting long, the epidermis cell wall and sclerenchyma ofcortex is very d eveloped, the quantity of stoma per unit area is small number. |
