煤矿重大危险源辨识理论与方法

摘    要:煤矿重大危险源辨识是控制煤矿重大事故的前提,是煤矿安全评价的主要依据之一.煤矿重大危险源辨识依据"分类指导、分级定标"的原则,经事故预测分析,确定了生产矿井的危险性类别和生产单元的危险性等级.采用现有法规和技术规程对瓦斯、火灾、水灾、顶板与冲击地压等的相关规定,提出了危险性概率指数和风险权系数,并给定了参考值和计算公式.

Abstract:There are many hazards, including accident risks existing in coal mines. The hazards without control result in accidents and lost of money. It is the eondition that the major hazard is identified to control of accidents and safety assessment in coal mines. It is operational and systemic to identify major hazard in coal mine with classification of colliery and grade of operation unit. The risk index and power coefficient are presented and referenced value and formula with the regulations of gases, fire, flood, roof and rock burst. The risk of classification of colliery and grade of operation unit is calculated with prediction of lost money and human casualty in an accident.
