摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法并结合固相烧结工制备出了单相Bi1-xLaxFeO3(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2)样品并对其结构、磁性和铁电性等物性进行了系统的分析研究,结果表明本文采用的方法所制备的样品具有单相性.少量La掺杂可有效地制材料中O空位,显著地提升材料的铁电性,同时La掺杂可有效地增强样品中的宏观铁磁性.

Abstract:Single-phase multiferroic Bi1-xLaxFeO3 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2) ceramics were prepared by combined sol-gel method and solid reaction technology. The properties of crystal structure, magnetic and ferroelectric were investi- gated systematically. The results demonstrated that the fabricated samples are nearly single phase. The substitution of La could suppress oxygen vacancies availably, and improve the ferroelectric property dramatically. Simultaneously, the effectively enhancement of ferromagnetic and ferroelectric property also can be attributed to La-doped in BiFeO3.
