白芥及三大类型油菜叶片的气孔特征比较

通过显微测微技术对白芥，大辣芥和门源油菜叶片气孔形态有关指标的测定比较，供试材料在同一植株上低位叶片比高位叶片的气孔频度小，气孔口长度大；同一叶型上下表皮的气孔频度和气孔口长度品种间差异较大；同一品种同一叶型的气孔频度是下表皮大于上表皮；而气孔口长度则是上表皮大于下表皮；不同叶型的单孔面积和气孔比面积因品种而异，同一品种同一叶型上表皮的单孔面积和气孔面积均大于下表皮。
