导电聚苯胺自撑膜的制备及性能研究

摘    要:通过对聚苯胺薄膜进行质子酸掺并,并采用溶液浇铸法,制备了力学性能和电学性能较好的聚苯胺自撑膜。研究了温度、掺杂时间、要剂浓度。成膜溶剂及质子酸种类因素对聚苯胺掺杂膜的影响。

Abstract:The desired electric properties of polyaniline (PAn) film can be obtained by doping with proton acid while solution casting can be used to assure the integrity of support on the film. Examined are the time, temperature and concentration of doping. More specifically, the PAn film attains a metal luster when doped with organic sulphonic acid in addition to having a fine and closely packed grains with good toughness. The electric conduction rate can reach 19.30 S/cm. This is equivalent to PAn film with small size molecule and doped with hydrochloric acid (12.5 S/cm). The film' s electric conduction rate changes very little when it is left in air for a few months.
