摘    要:报道了用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法和电泳洗脱法分离抗 SRBC IRNA及各分离组分的 活性.结果表明电泳能将IRNA分为30多条带.沉降系数为8~18s的Fr2组分具有传递免疫反应的活性。测定了总IRNA及其各组分对 T细胞和 B细胞的作用,表明总 IRNA既能激活T细胞,亦能激活B细胞. Fr2-a能激活 T细胞,Fr2-2,Fr2-b、 Fr2-c和Fr2-d都能激活B细胞、实验还表明IRNA不大可能作为抗体的直接模板。

Abstract:Fractionation of IRNA against SRBC by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that there were more than 30 RNA components in the IRNA preparation. The fractions of IRNA were collected from the gel by electrophoretic elution, and the activity of transferring immune response of the fractions was detected.The results showed.that only Fr-2 with sedimentation coefficient of 8 ~18 8 is active. The biological effects of total IRNA and their fractions on T cell and B cell were observed.The results showed that total IRNA is active in stimulating both T cell and B cells,while Fr2-a stimulates only T cells,and Fr-2a,b,c, d stimulates B cells.The Fr-2c is more active in B cellstimulation, Theexperiments also showed that it is unlikely for IRNA to act as the template in antibody synthesis.
