With the continuous improvement of the public library service system and the field,how to focus on and meet the reading needs of the disabled especially the blind has become a problems that should not be neglected by the library. Dalian Development Zone Library innovates its service mode,and constructs the library for the blind based on the trinity of the library,community and disabled federation,gives full play to the advantages of each party in aspects of resources,equipment and services,and realizes the sustainable development and services of the library for the blind.
