扬子鳄胚胎食管的组织发生

摘    要:本文观察了12例不同时间的扬子鳄胚胎中食管的组织发生过程。孵化第10天食管从前肠中出现形态分化,之后,中胚层间充质细胞逐渐向食管上皮周围聚集。第24天粘膜下层及环行肌层出现。第40天纵行肌层开始形成。第50天以后粘膜肌及固有膜逐渐明显。

Abstract:This paper described the histogenesis of esophagus based upon 12 embryos of Alligator sinensis. Esophagus differentiated morphologically from foregut at the 10th day of incubation,Afterward, the mesodermal mesenchyme gathered gradually around the epithelium of esophagus. The submucosa and circular muscle of the external muscle layer appeared at the 24th day of incubation. The longitudinal muscle of the external muscle layer began to form at the 40th day of incubation. From the 50th day of incubation on, the lamina propria and muscularis mucosae were getting more and more evident gradually. The epithelium of esophagus appeared as stratified tall columnar epithlium at the 10th day of incubation. The epithelium consisted of two to three layers of columnar cells at the 14th day of incubation. At the 18th day of incubation, the epithelium became stratified or pseudostratified columnar epithelium. At last the epithlium was recognized as stratified tall columnar ciliated epithelium at the 60th day of incubation. This paper gave a short summarization and discussion on the characteristics about esophagus histological differentiation of Alligator sinensis.
