| 摘 要： | 采用毛细管电泳与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱联用的方法,对大白鼠血清中的钙、镁和铜元素形态进行了初步探讨分析。从初步探讨来看,Ca在大白鼠血清中共有14种主要化学形态;Mg在大白鼠血清中主要以4种化学形态存在;Cu在大白鼠血清中主要以3种形态存在。

| Abstract: | Study on speciation analysis of Ca,Mg and Cu in big white mouse serum by capillary electrophoresis inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.Study shows there are 14 forms of calcium in big white mouse serum,4 forms of magnesium in big white mouse serum,and 3 forms of copper in big white mouse serum. |
