| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育是国家人力资源管理的重要组成部分,是提高国家竞争力的重要手段之一.通过对高等职业教育在我国加入WTO以后的发展需求的分析,阐述了以学生为本,以学生的实用性培养为重的办学理念,在课程设置和教学建设上强化实用性和实践性,强调了培养真正有竞争力的高级应用型人才是高等职业教育的发展方向.

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education is an important part of the management of national human resources and a major means of improving national competitive strength. Through the analysis on development demand of higher vocational education in China after its entry WTO,it illustrates the idea of running school with students at the core. The emphasis is application and practicality in curriculum and teaching programme, and the aim of higher vocational education is to train talents with high competitive power. |
