| 摘 要： | 采用新型功率器件绝缘门极双极型晶体管 (IGBT) ,结合PWM控制技术 ,研制用于铸件孔眼焊补的逆变式电弧螺柱焊焊机。解决当前铸件孔眼焊补存在的材质差异大、易出现白口组织、易开裂脱落、焊接热影响区性能下降等问题 ,进而 ,挽救大量铸造孔眼缺陷造成的废品 ,提高铸造生产率

| Abstract: | Using IGBT an inverter type welder for the mending of surface holes in iron casting has been designed and installed by using IGBT. Some difficult problems, as material difference, white iron formation, deterioration of property in HAZ and weld cracking may be solved, and a great many rejected castings caused by surface holes many be saved,improving the productivity of foundry. |
